Hello! I am Brittni Brown. I attend DBC along with each of my roommates. We have a 6 bedroom house located on Fry Street directly next to Cups & Crepes. There are 2 bedrooms available for move in for the Spring semester. The rent is $323.50 plus we split the utilities 6 ways. This month's utility bill was $33.61. It is walking distance to UNT, a few miles from TWU, and at the most 10 mins from DBC. I can do tours of the house anytime after 2 p.m. Mondays-Fridays if anyone is interested.
